2. Public Purpose: To plan, finance, construct, operate, and maintain community-wide infrastructure

Portofino Vista is located within the limits of the City of St. Cloud in Osceola County, Florida. The Development contains approximately 27.35 acres and is wholly contained within the limits of the Portofino Vista Community Development District (the “District”). The District is located in Sections 26 and 27, Township 26 South, Range 30 East and is located on the west side of Canoe Creek Road north of Deer Run and south of Old Canoe Creek Road about ½ mile east of the Florida Turnpike.
